At Scensera, we take pride in delivering your favorite fragrances safely and on time. Every order is packed with care to ensure your perfumes reach you in perfect condition — just as they’re meant to be experienced.
1. Order Processing Time
All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
During peak seasons or new launches, processing may take slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you informed via email or WhatsApp updates.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Deliveries to metro cities may arrive sooner, while remote areas may take a few extra days.
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped, so you can follow your package in real time.
3. Shipping Charges
- Currently, we are offering FREE SHIPPING on all prepaid orders.
4. Delivery Partners
We work with trusted courier partners like BlueDart, Delhivery, and DTDC to ensure safe and timely delivery across India.
Currently, we do not offer international shipping, but we’re working on expanding soon.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS containing your tracking ID and courier partner details.

6. Delays or Failed Deliveries
While we always strive for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or incorrect addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or wrong address, we can reship it after confirming the correct details (additional shipping charges may apply).
