1. Returns
Due to the nature of our products (personal and fragrance items), we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened, used, or tampered with.
We take hygiene and product authenticity very seriously — once the seal is broken, the item cannot be reused or resold.
We strongly recommend checking your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Refunds
Refunds (if approved) will be processed using your original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled or modified.
